Since its launch in 2009, Alta Badia’s Taste for Skiing has become one of the most celebrated food events in the mountains, with more than 80 Michelin-starred chefs having taken part. This year the festival at the Italian resort will include ten chefs, each being assigned a mountain hut and asked to create a dish that will be served throughout the season. The dishes cost from €14 (£12) and come with a glass of local wine.
