The National Sports Center in Blaine will present the seventh annual Hard Water Ice Fishing Exo Nov. 16-18.
The event will be held in NSC’s Sport Expo Center and Welcome Center. It will give fishermen a great opportunity to preview the latest tackle, electronics, gear and ice houses, and snowmobiles and ATV’s, just ahead of ice fishing season.
An attendance of over 5,000 is expected.
“The Hard Water Ice Fishing Expo is 100 percent ice fishing,” said expo sales director Mike Brodzinski. “We will have all the biggest names in the ice fishing industry attending the show, and we’re trying to make it easy for customers to pick up all the gear they need for a new season at great prices. If you want deals, this will be the show to attend.
“Be prepared before the ice hits the lakes.”
The Expo seminar schedule, sponsored by Clam Outdoors, offers an all-star line-up of ice fishing seminars from Ice Team pros Jeff Anderson, Jason Durham, Chris Granrud, Adam Griffith, Shelly Holland, Pat Kalmerton, Mike Raetz, Pat and Mike Rodger.
Jason Durham’s seminar at 12 noon Nov. 17 will be of special interest to beginning ice fishers. Ice fishing has become increasingly technical, and this seminar will lay out the path for newcomers to enter the sport, be comfortable, navigate some of the new technologies, and experience success.
The Hard Water Ice Fishing Expo also boasts the largest supply of wheelhouses at any ice fishing show in the U.S. and is a property owned by the National Sports Center.
